30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories
- Electrical parts that have been installed or tested cannot be returned
- Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at support@propartsmaster.com with your order number
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
